The Autumn term often brings new starts and fresh opportunities, as people begin new school years, jobs, and new projects with excitement and hope. Similarly, here at Heaven in Healthcare, we are seeing God do many great things and opening new doors of opportunity across the world.

Over the summer we established a new HiH group based in Austin Texas and drawing from across the USA. Testimonies are starting to flow and a common purpose is emerging. Also Stateside, Pete Carter was asked by Dr Kerry McMahon to speak at the inaugural Kingdom Medicine conference in Michigan last week. This was a beautiful collaboration, and we are excited that following this, Kerry will be speaking at our conference in November.

On the home front, we have formed a new leadership team for HiH UK to release Pete Carter to develop the International side of things. The UK Core team will now be ably led by Dr Liz Lunt, and includes Dr Lysa Owen, Martin Cunnington, Dr Susie Hunt, and Helen Davies – with Pete Carter sitting alongside.

Dr Liz says:

“I love collaboration, and what a great team to work with! Pete is inspirational in his setting up of the Healing Centre and there is such clarity and power in his teaching. Lysa has phenomenal teaching expertise and also, as many of you know, carries a wonderful prophetic gifting. Martin has a brilliant brain and is both strategic in his thinking, but also a grounded Spirit-led man of God. Susie has the biggest heart with compassion overflowing, and has led the way on being a Well-dweller in the midst of a busy hospital.
As many of you know, I have a huge passion for health and wellbeing and for creating an environment that brings life.

I’m excited about the conference and seeing many of you there. I’m aware that many may be feeing exhausted in your busy environments and seeking a sense of renewed hope. May the conference be a place of refreshing and a chance to see what we can do together to keep refreshed. Some will be starting to dream again and thinking about how to take the next steps. It is such an exciting time with loads of fresh ideas and initiatives developing, many of which you will experience at the November conference, ‘Renewed Hope’ which will take place on 8-9 November 2024 at Eastgate.
